Media personality Zahara Totto shocked Ugandans when she said that she had left the famous Sanyuka television not on good terms.
She said she had got bigger opportunities and was looking at making more money for herself and her brand DJ Zatto.
Zahara Totto worked with Sanyuka television and NBS for more than five years. She kept on doing the same show which is a gossiping show.
She said during the shows, she had issues with people especially those in the entertainment industry. She revealed that most of them were not happy with her work and the statements she was saying about them.
That left her with a few friends that couldn’t even trust her fully and that in general affected her social life as a person.
Zahara Totto also spoke about her finances and how much she was earning as a presenter at Sanyuka television. She said with the programs that were given to her, no money was coming in apart from the salary.
And as a DJ, she is probably making more money than what she would have made even if she stayed on the show for more than five years.
Outspoken Zahara said she knows in general that she is making a smart move to her next station and she hoped to build relationships with celebrities that she lost some time back.
“I am very happy for the move I have made for myself and other people that I look after. People need to understand that I am the best presenter but I haven’t been making so much money like I am supposed to. Being a DJ helps me make so much money and being a presenter doesn’t add anything to my brand,” Zahara Totto said
