Toka kwabalabala singer Adam Mulwana has been announced dead on social media platforms.
He died today morning while in the hospital where he was fighting for his lovely life.
Adam Mulwana became famous in 2016 after he sang a campaign song for former FDC party president Dr Kizza Besigye.
The song became famous but he said he didn’t make so much money from it like the way people expected.
After that campaign song, Adam Mulwana started complaining about constant sickness. He said his doctors told him that he was poisoned by someone.
In the previous interviews, Adam Mulwana revealed that the doctors told him that he will not live for long because of the poison.
He said he was however looking for treatment that would treat him from what he was suffering from.
The family hasn’t revealed what exactly killed the person but we will keep you updated.
