Musician Eddy Kenzo has stated that he will never approach a foreign artist to work with him.
The singer clarified that although collaborating with a global musician would be amazing—he is a huge star himself—he will not beg. If both of them are willing, he will only work.
“When an opportunity for working with an International Artist comes, I’ll take it up only if they are also ready. If it involves pleading, I’m not up to it. I’m Eddy Kenzo, I’m a big star,” he said.
Because Davido made the decision to forge his own path independent of his father’s fortune, Eddy Kenzo also disclosed that Davido is his greatest motivation.
“I have a lot of people that inspire me, but for now, I will talk about Davido. He is a son of a rich man but he left all that and worked for himself,” he partly said in an interview with a local television.
