King Saha has ruled out any possibility of a musical battle with Western Uganda star Ray G, saying the two artistes should not be turned into rivals over their different backgrounds or views.

The remarks come after the two musicians recently found themselves at the centre of comparisons following their successful concerts at Kololo Independence Grounds.
Ray G held his show at the venue last month, attracting a significant crowd, before King Saha staged his own concert shortly afterwards.
The close timing of the concerts sparked debate among music fans, with some comparing the attendance and performances at the two events as though the artistes were competing.
However, King Saha has dismissed the idea of competing with Ray G, instead describing him as a brother and calling on fans to avoid creating unnecessary divisions among Ugandan artistes based on political opinions or regional identity.
“Ray G is my brother. I cannot battle him. In life, we meet people with different opinions. We learn from each other and get to understand one another, but that does not mean we should reject them,” Saha said.
