Ugandan actress and musician Hellen Lukoma has advised women to find men who are willing and able to take care of them, while openly revealing that her husband is behind many of the expensive gifts she enjoys.
Speaking to Sanyuka TV, Lukoma confirmed that her Range Rover was bought for her by her husband, dismissing the idea that such expensive gifts are something every woman can simply demand from a man.
“Yes, my Range Rover was bought by my husband,” she confirmed, adding that women who believe every man can afford to buy them such a car should try it for themselves and see how it goes.
According to Lukoma, her husband’s generosity comes from the love and appreciation he has for her. She believes she deserves to be treated well because of the qualities she brings to their relationship.
“He does all these things for me because I deserve it. I’m a beautiful woman, very talented and hardworking, and I’m also decent,” she said.
However, while encouraging women to find partners who can take care of them, Lukoma also emphasized the importance of having their own source of income.
She noted that she is not entirely dependent on her husband because she has several ventures that enable her to make her own money.
“I do my music, acting and I’m also into connect business. So I have my own money too,” she explained.
